I need help from those who built the 1/16 Tamiya Sherman

I recently got this battered Tamiya Sherman and want to fix it. Problem is, I do not have the instructions so I don't know what parts to order.

If anyone still has the instruction manual for the full option Sherman (kit#56014), could you show pics of the part of the manual the shows all the tree sprues with all the parts?
