I think it will appear. It wiill be a great seller so they will make it a top priority release, i'm sure. It's ready to go, just need the money to get production going. If anything gets released, it will be the KT.

I hope you're right. I swear at some point we heard it was being produced, or was on a ship to the US but can't find that thread anywhere. Maybe I'm confused with the 88

Yeah, last word was that production was just wrapping up and it was being loaded in containers. I believe that was last March. Maybe the ship is being held by Somalian pirates ;)

I will wait and hope we will see the KT as the final 21C 1/18.

well i hope it's not the final 1/18 from 21c, just the next 1/18.

Last bit of news we had on it was for a release first or second quarter of '09....the 88 was due out last year and it arrived.

I really hope the KT comes out.

But if it does not at least we have an awesome wallpaper of it.

I saw the KT at the ihobby show in Chicago and it looked just like the previous posted photos. but Michael said they have no delivery time. atleast it made it this far unlike the Wittmann tiger which never had a model to show.

I would not hold out for the KT. They just liquidated all their latest armor at what must be below cost. that is not a "making space in the warehouse" type of move.

things seem pretty gloomy for the KT now. Unless 21c is liquidating stock to raise money to produce it....which i highly doubt. It's going to be a sad, sad day if 21st Century Toys meets its demise.

I wish they'd communicate with TKO so we could have some information as to their status.

Maybe it's time to give the Matorro KT another look...

At $29.99 price for the 88mm, I doubt 21st is getting any profit from that particular model...forget profit. I doubt they're recouping their investment on that mold and tooling.

Bye bye 1/18 King Tiger.
