If you had the chance to get a brand new, still in the box, 1/18 NKK Spitfire from a little hobbie shop for $70.00 - would you?

Probably, hell yes, although I am not in any way, shape, or form, a MIB person.
* NKK ?

* Is that just a guesstimate ? ... or is it just only worth what one is willing to spend on it ?

what'd y'all do matt, monopolize the mideast gulf states market? 250.00 for a spit here, 250.00 for a f104 there, 150.00 for a stuka seems kinda cheap in comparison- you'd think a prince or a sheik could do a little better than 500.00 for a black f-18 wouldn't ya? On a far more important note, when are y'all having your Big Bad Catapolooza sale? C'mon Matt, 21st 262s at 39.95 and such, can you feel the love or what?

So, do you guys think Skyworks will trade two MIB Spitfires for a MIB Hurricane?

Grab it - only a few bucks more than Etail a few years ago, and no shipping. Awesome bird.
On a side note, laughed at BC Matt saying it is worth 250. I see them go on ebay for no more than 100 all the time.

Well I got the NKK brand new in the box for $69.99 and walked out of the shop (no shipping cost). I agree that it was a good deal. I have opened all of my other planes, but since I am still working on my methods of display this one will stay in the box for now. I have a ZPA, and a damaged one that I am working on repairing the landing gear and planning to repaint it. have been researching Russian profiles for the repaint.
The shop I found has a Graf 109g in the box and a checker tail P-47 with the nose art hanging from the ceiling. They also have a Sky Captain, but I don't think that I would buy that. They will lower the price of the P-47 since open, and I told them that I would be back later for it.
I am very happy with the NKK
