Small Scale Military Headquarters

How well does 1:16 blend with 1:18? i know that in front of a 1:16 vehicle a 1:18 figure would be something like 5 feet tall in scale, but i was wondering how well you could pass a 1:16 scale vehicle by the eye, or would it just look way off?

I suppose by eye it wouldn't be too bad, just as long as there are no 1:6 vehicles near. It'll just look a bit smaller scale. Imagine the Lou IV P-51 and the under scaled Pilot. It works, but you can tell the pilot is too small.
