1/18th JS-3 Tank kit

Post by ostketten » Thu Jan 22, 2009 10:23 am

For the 1/18 armor collector who wants something a little different here is a 1/18th JS-3 Stalin Soviet tank, it's a resin kit with individually linked metal tracks and runs $300 with free worldwide shipping. Looks kinda cool... http://www.monroeperdu.com/product_images/JS-111.jpg

those still for sale? They've been around for about 7 years now. Only about 50 were made. Kamikaze has one. Too bad they're about $300 is the real 'too bad'.

Apparently the $300 is some kind of closeout price, I wonder what they went for originally....??

If that was assembled, I'd pay 300 for it all day long. Hell, I spent 350 on a much smaller Me 163 from Skyworks that has a broken wheel.

not with metal track links and even then the RTV for the molds and the resin would be a bit nevermind time and effort. $300 seems like a pretty good price for this if interested.

* I'm surprised they still have these , but then again I'm not. I posted about this same kit like 2-yrs. ago , and then , nobody could've cared less about them. :?
