hay all
I need some help with my airbrush. i was air brushing my thank using Vallejo Air acrylics with a like 1:1 mix with water ., but its coming out like all uneven and splotchy. even with no water it still dose plzz help

There are a lot of things that can cause the problems you are having, ranging from setting the air pressure too high or too low to holding the airbrush too close.
If you are using a compressor, make sure the pressure range is suitable for the airbrush. I use an Iwata airbrush with a standard 1-gallon pancake compressor, and a regulator with moisture trap set to 30 psi, and it seems to work quite well.
It's also possible that you need to clean or prime the surface you are painting, especially on plastic surfaces--water-based acrylic paints don't like to stick to certain plastics without some prep work.
