Says its made by a company calld Denix.

Yep, but for that price you'd be 100 times better off buying the 21st 88. The denix one was great a few years back as a stop-gap 88 but now that we've got a true 1:18th scale version it's obviously too big and, while nice and heavy die-cast metal, it's not as detailed. The History Channel website clearanced these out a few years ago for some really nice price (I want to say they were $20 each with free shipping? ).

I've seen these 88's they were and still are cool but as Centone has said the 21st 88 IS a 100 better. For any of you out there who are undecided about this piece, I'd say don't mis-out. It has to be the most detailed piece 21st has ever made!

And remember, the detail is just not there in the solid metal Denix model.

And the Denix model has no wheeled carriages to carry the gun.

It is nice to hear from Centone again. :wink: Another escapee from NYC. :P
