Dragon 1/18 figures are they any good?

Post by AMERICAN_GRENADIER » Fri Dec 12, 2008 3:25 pm

I been checking out some Dragon action 18 figures on evilbay and they look pretty good. a dealer i use has the best price i can find. does anyone have an opinion of them? the sets ive seen are Panzer Grenadiers Prussia & Arnhem. the U.S. has Italy & Europe. are they as good as 21C?
Heres an example

I like the Dragon figures. I really like the Arnhem Germans. They do not have as much articulation as 21st figures, but they have great weapons and equipment.

Rezzed's collectibles ebay store (your link above) has some of the best prices going on the Dragon 1/18 figures. Another outfit I've purchased from before is Action Collector, they have a great selection of Dragon figures in both 1/18 and 1/35, so these guys might be worth checking out if Rezz doesn't carry what you want... http://www.actioncollector.com/list.asp ... rer=Dragon

Dragon 1:18 Germans

I like them (Dragon) becuase of the detailed weapons and the number of diffrent weapons that are included, heck some of them offer 2 diffrent main guns, like a MP40 & MP44 in the same package. I also like the real cloth ponchos that come with them. Also I change the body parts around to make up diffrent figures than what they come as, diffrent colored camo uppers and lowers, look GREAT! These aren't as posable as Ultimate Soldier Germans, but look at the awsome detail these have!

The Peiper fig is really nice. I replaced the arms with a set of black ones from my Tiger commander fig as to give him a little more articulation. A cool fig and display stand, a must for WW2 enthusiast. 8)
