Just got this in an email today. A new 1/6 scale all metal King Tiger. I have plenty of 1/6 Nazi's to crew it but alas, not the funds to buy one. I hope 1/18 has a future, but you see all the armor thats being made in 1/6 (albeit incredibly expensive, its still being made) and in 1/16 and not much in 1/18. I guess FOV has tried for us, but even though the price might be right, the detail is just not there. Yes, 21st just gave us the 88 but its the first large piece that was really new and not a redo that they have done in some time.

Didn't check the price on this beauty (would just get depressed). Probably could make a good down payment on a new car for what it cost.

I agree with you. Amortek makes some neat stuff. OK, OK, so that stuff is a little pricey, even for 1/6 guys and more outfits are making the neatest trucks and tanks in China.

Everything I like is expensive. I can afford it, I just don't have the room......... yeah, that's the reason I'm not buying that stuff... I just don't have the room..... I'll write that on my wall 100 times, maybe I'll believe it.

For now, I will make due with the Trumpeter 1/16 KT due out next week.
