First off, you need to reduce the size of your avatar because you are taking up WAY too much space. Secondly, the best way to post pics here is using a free image host like webshots. It looks like you are trying to upload the pics directly from your computer and that doesn't work. You can joing webshots for free and download pics from your computer to that hosting site, then link them here.
