Does Toys R Us still carry 1/18th scale aircraft?

Yes they do, but the selections are very slim to none. The assortment of 1/18th planes will vary from store to store depending on the region. Our local TRU in Northern, CA have in stock some P-51's, F-104's and P-40's from 21st and the "Daisy Jane" corsairs from BBI. You might get lucky and find the "Rudel" stukas also in stock as some of the TRU stores did stock those planes as well.

My local store just got in P-51 (Undertaker and Crow), green Mig 15, P-40 AVG, and 2 104s. I have not seen a spot for BBI stuff or the Stuka.

Does ToyRUs carry BBI 1/18 modern figures? (i.e. Delta Force, helicopter pilots, etc.)

They did have them in their stores and online.
They have very few BBI figs now.
Might want to check the Buy/Sell/Trade section of the board for a member who might be able to help you.

The one here in my town (Salem Oregon) has, the AVG P-40's, "Undertaker" P-51's, green Mig-15's and a 109's.

Were BBI vehicles ever carried by TRU? I've seen the figures, but no vehicles. I got into them after the gigantic target clearance sales. Now i want all the stuff no one carries anymore and ebay is just... expensive to put it nicely.
I know its my fault for not paying attention, but i'm holding out that maybe BBi will re-release some of their vehicles. I won't hold me breathe though.

They did, I used to see F6Fs and Corsairs frequently. But if you get lucky a Corsair will pop up. I also have seen the Littlebird at TRU, but ages ago.
