I think I saw this tonight - its a playset with Dragon Wagon-ish truck that has a big ICBM style missile and a bunch of different "roll cages" and other Mad Max style guards on it. The set also an undersized helicopter, and a bunch of figures. As best I could tell, it ran $39.99. It is definitely a but underscale--between 1/20 and 1/24 I would say.

Its this thing:

Fierodude is correct on the price. My local TRUs have them and it is an elaborate set. It would work well with GI Joe figures and, with a bit of part-stripping and repainting, could make a passable Dragon Wagon. That might be something for a board member to try

Very interesting.. Been waiting for these to show up domestically.

Some dragon wagon pictures for reference would seem to indicate that it's not far off, rivet counting aside.. :D

Big question is how well would a Sherman fit on the back given it's scale.
