Spec. Ed. AVG P-40 retooled?

Came across an ebay auction re: 150301479603 that the seller states retooled. I don't think so. I have the original release and the spec. ed. and they are both the same.

Yeah somebody believes it, $73 current bid plus $22 shipping when there's a bin for $65 with less shipping...
