Small Scale Military Headquarters

Ever since I got out of collecting 1:18 vehicles last year the only one I still wanted to find was the Pak-40 halftrack, but they never showed here. There was a garage sale down the block today, I never really go to them but I dropped in and there was one sitting on a dresser, mint in box. I asked the lady how much since it wasn't marked. She asked me if I was a collector because her late husband collected various military toys. I said yes and she told me since I was a collector I could have it for $4. So now I finally have one. It is just as cool as I had hoped and goes great with my Bravo Team and 21st Germans. Sadly that was all the military toys they had, she had given the rest of them to grandkids but forgot about this one.

To think all I ever find is old stereo equipment, records and random things. I have never seen XD! I skate to them all the time. There can be anywhere from 2-20 in 2 neighborhoods right here.

Yeah they have them all the time around here as well. I rarely go because it's usually junk but I might start frequenting them now.

Great find and I guess that goes in the annals of the best XD discounts That was a nice vehicle for $30 and even better for $4.
