Small Scale Military Headquarters

Anyone know where I can find some good decals for 1:18 scale stuff on line?

I am looking for US and Soviet stuff.

Basically just some white stars of a varying sizes I can put on a jeep and a few red stars for the Russians.

Any suggestions?
