I was wondering if any one knew what division marking was on the back of the tri color 251/22?

Both versions are Tri color, you mean the second/latest version?
Do you have a picture of the symbol?

[+] > The Unit marking on the left rear appears to be the Regimental symbol of the "Hermann Göring" 1941- 43 Flak Units.
* This may or may not be a deliberate mistake made by 21st.Century Toys.
[+] > The Tactical symbol on the other side (right) is an Armored Infantry Unit marking.
