Is 21st still doing a ME-110?

I know Ron stated in his interview from their webpage that a twin engine Luftwaffe would be available in 1:18 as the ME-110. But I noticed on all the toyfair pics from 21st there was no pic or mention of a ME-110. Has it been canceled or delayed?

This is great news......thanks for the updated information. If it's Luftwaffe, count me in 8)....(what a surprise, right?!)

At least updated to me....I was not tracking the progress of the Bf-110, thus the above time frame was news to me.

Hey Jay. How is your Me-110 coming along? Can't wait to see the finished version.

at this point it obviously isn't coming for year end (of this year anyway). I'm pretty confident we'll see it sometime in '07 though. Looking forward to it.

Should 21c opt for producing the ME-110, they quite likely will not have some of the complicated engineering problems that plagued the development of the Avenger: no bombay, no turret, no folding wings, not much interior. There's a ton of repaint possibilities for this plane - I'd personally like to see one in the Wespen geshwader markings 8)

However, I think 21c should go for producing a DH Mosquito first over the ME-110. Afterall, that plane is very dear to the heart of their master modeler

Would it be cool, but I think the toughest part would be getting the rear gunners firing area to work, properly. So when little Johnny’s plays with it he does not brake it.

Unfortunately i've had other commitments which has meant my 110 has been put on the back burner. But fortunately my work commitments have gone back to a steady 9-5 routine so yes, I will be continuing work soon. Starting with detailing the cockpit area and rebuilding the tailplane. One initial problem is that it's a pain in the arse to park on the shelf with it's wingspan and far apart undercarriage.

If you ever get tired of it, you know who to call. Good luck.
