$14.99 for an Indiana Jones action figure?

Post by dfoos » Fri May 30, 2008 5:51 pm

I thought Small Joe's usually had decent prices until this. fifteen bucks for a figure that's still on the shelf in stores? I know the Soviet soldier is popular, but how bout wait until it's not available on shelves before gouging people for it.

That's the seller's choice. However, I wouldn't expect to move much (if any) inventory that way. The Russian Soldier is a super-easy find, and the Colonel has always been an easy find. On top of that, some stores have been offering "Buy 2 get 1 free" deals...so why buy online when you can get it locally and for so cheap?

On a related note, Indy trucks are showing up everywhere. I thought at one point this might be a rare item. I was greatly mistaken.

Small Joe's price for the bike is the most shocking! $16.99 compared to under $10 everywhere else. I picked up several at Target for under $9 when they were on sale. Go figure!
