So True!!!!Thinking about getting some R/C Modern Jets, if i can find some close to 1:18 scale,F-4, F-14, F-15,F-22 looks like its the only way to add to my modern jet collection without haveing to resort to the little 1:32 stuff, will there ever be anything new in 1:18 modern Jets????????????? :x :blueangel: :hornet:

I hope fov makes some new figures soon. I've about all have given up on 21st trying to find their figs is a pain, i think they should have never made the platoon figures they are not selling at all.

get used to it gang.....i think we have plenty more zzzzzzzzz to come.

Time to get into customs, scratch builds, r/c planes and whatever else you can think of, or leave this scale for another. I'm sure we'll see the occassional 1/18 piece and FOV is still an unknown but i think the hay days of xd are gone.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

Couldnt have been a better time for the Indiana Jones line to come out. Takes my mind of the depressing outlook of 1:18 military. I'll hope for the best, but prepared for the worst.

Someone wake me up when the 21st Century B-25 is out. No, better not, I will be in a coma by then. :(

Ha - I wrote this a few months ago and you gave me the old "I've heard people invoke the deathknell for years in this hobby...." Glad to see you've come around.

although it would be a smart move to hold off on items hitting the stores while olde Indiana Jones Toys are hot - you know check out how much money the other companies spend for advertisement.

I don't mind. At least it'll give me a chance to save some moolah to get a KT or 88 when they come out.

At the rate things are going, we may have to rename the board to an Indiana Jones theme -- how about GP Jones?

Indy Figures

Post by dandaman » Sat May 03, 2008 9:06 am

I saw some Indy figures at my local TRU yesterday. They were kinda weak. Apparently there is a Soviet soldier. I would like to have a closer look at that one...
