Wal-mart clearance

My local wally world(Bremerton WA) Has all the 21st century items on clearance except the 1/32 scale planes and the 1/18th scale figures(all two of em 
) Clerk said he had no idea why those were not on clearance too.He also did not know if they will be carrying 21st in the future or not. Don't know if this is just this store or more wide spread.
