Any have the slightest clue on how to take apart the tail section on both of these choppers?

Yep..... find all of the little 1/4" circles, which are all located on the starboard side of the tail section, and drill or pry them out. Under them you will find small phillips head screws which need to be removed. After that, carefully pry apart the two halves. Take your time...... they are glued together pretty well, but will come apart.

Woops.....I just realized that you are asking how to separate the tail section from main fuselage. The best I can tell you is to pull them apart while working the parts side to side. Its tuff but they too will come apart!

Sorry about the confusion.

try not to pull the tail section, but "to bend" it verticaly right on the "body-tail-section-clip" (softly hey don't break it!).
it is the easiest way I found to put it back in its box every time I play with it.

I'm still not sure if it's easy to understand :)

I thought for sure this was going to break the tabs. Amazingly enough after a loud snap, it came off in one whole piece.
