357th mustangs - Should there be more or do we have enough?

Post by Buckyroo » Tue Mar 18, 2008 4:36 am

I realy like the red and yellow checker nose on the 357th P-51s. I have both Old Crows and the Hurry Home Honey, but unfortunately I do not have the Tender Terror. I don't think there are any others that have been produced. Are there any others out there?

Do you all think we have enough of the 357th? There are some other notable mounts still not acounted for Nooky Booky, Glamorous Glen, Berlin Express (I know it is in 1/32), and so many others. What's your opinion? Do we want to see any Glamorous Glen's or others. I know that I would like to see more.

LET'S HERE WHAT PEOPLE THINK.

:p51:

Yeager's plane, "Glamorous Glennis" for one. He had a good number of kills plus the plane was flown by one of the most famous pilots in history

Need new planes instead of endless repaints.

I thought Mr. Yeager has a tight control over that trademark, that's why no one has done a Glamorous Glen III yet?

I think there was another. The Tangerine . The lettering looked kind of like the graphic lettering done in the Hippy style. 20 years before there were hippies.
Kirk Douglas : Mine hit the ground first
John Wayne : Mine was taller

Yes Buckyroo,
That is the one. I kind of like it. If it were for sale I'd buy it. You can nevr have enough paints for the 51 !!!

Word!

.... However, if 21st kicked out a P-51B with some Malcom hood variants, I would all over it!! Imagine Shangri-La!

Here's a link to the profile of the 357 planes, just like the one I posted earlier.
