Looking at the BCA site, clicking on the Bunnie, and getting a close up of the right side of the plane (mrs kentucky state)-- the plane looks to have been weathered all over (but not too much)- around the cowl, etc. Maybe thats just Robs personal model or somthin.

The pictures you are seeing are not of the 21st Century model. That looks like a 48th scale paint master. Look at the landing gear doors, they are the way they are suppose to be, not like on the 21st century model.

I'm looking at the actual Tuskeegee P-51 I found at TRU right now (I picked it up for another board member). Like all the other 21c P-51s, it is not weathered. Sure is a fine-looking scheme

Yeah- This is a very cool scheme once you get it out of the box. The pilot figure is also a nice figure to have in the collection. I think I might pick up another one if they are going to start showing up at my TRU. It's good one to have a spare of- perhaps make another "red tail" out of it.

This is my favorite 1/18 scale 51. That is a big statement because there sure are a lot of them.

I too have passed on all of the Mustangs except I will not on this one!

I found a "bunnie" at one of the TRU today, I bought it because, well, because every one else seems willing too- I think most of us have enough mustangs, but that won't stop ya-
