Small Scale Military Headquarters

Hello everyone,

First off, I'd like to thank the admins of this fine forum for allowing us the time and space to address the fans of the product. It is geat to have a mature place to interact with the people who make it all happen.

The store is now back open with the shopping cart remodified so that orders can be placed without being billed until the items ship.

The next step in developing the store is the addition of the SWAT, Fire and larger scale products. It will take some time, as we want this done and presented on the site in a certain way, but when completed will give you a complete list of every Powerteam product availible out there.

A few items of interest:

- Repeat orders will be rewarded. We've got a small staff managing orders. Repeat & large order customers will get bonus items.

- We are working on arrangments with other online stores to provide exclusive items. For example, you may see a Little Bird copter in a custom blue color for use as a vehicle in the GI Joe world. This is just the tip of the iceberg....if there is fan demand for a custom color, we can probably make it happen if we have enough orders for it.

- Suggestions? Comments? Good, bad or indifferent, we want them. You can email me personally at brian.santore@gmail.com . This venture will only work if you the fans are happy with what we do.

Brian, great news, everything looks good and I am looking forward to the fire and SWAT additions. One thing - what type payments do you accept? Can't find any information on the site.

Brian, I emailed you guys several times regarding shipping charges to Canada for an item and never got a response. If i email again will i get one this time?

well i emailed four times and got no responses. Emails didn't bounce back to me so they must have gotten through. It was several weeks ago i emailed.

Anyway, the item was the Navy Seals patrol boat. Shipping via USPS surface preferred to Toronto, Canada.

Are Debit Cards accepted at this time as well? I don't use my credit cards ever, just Debit, so I'm hoping I won't run into a problem using them (I have in the past), even though most places that accept credit cards accept their Debit accounts under the same companies (Visa, MC, etc.) as well.

Aferguson: I'll get a price back to you. Any orders outside the US will need to have a seperate price quote.

As for the emails..I don't know what to say..let's start fresh here. Yo have my personal email now.

Will the 12 inch line have a similar online store available?

Yes, it will be the same store just an all new section and will include the 12" vehicles and playsets too.
