TRU as of yesterday started offering 90% off of their Green Tag items.
I was able to get some fountain sets for 2 bucks each. Worth the price of the figure.
I don't know if anyone else has and XD items left in their TRUs in their area.
If anyone would like to let the rest of us know, we could do some awesome trades!

I saw 4 Fountain playsets at a TRU. I think now, I may go back and get them.

No such luck by me...the store had actually removed the green tags from some BBI items the last time I visited (Saturday)...maybe this is actually a sign of health on the part of TRU, who knows...but you might wanna get those green tags while they're red hot...

Did you scan any of the items??
Sometimes they may not have a green tag on them and still scan.
But sounds like your TRU is done with the Green tags?

TRUs in the areas I inhabit (Fresno & Los Angeles) never seem to have the items I want (XD and namely BBI) discounted with the green tags. Oh, well... Glad you guys are getting the XD playsets where they exist for $2. I got my fountain set $10 in March 2004 and later some Bombed French Buildings for $5 in September 2004.

Thought I'd check out the clearance area at a local TRU today not expecting to find anything but there were still some fountain playsets available at 90% off so I picked up the last 2 they had.

Heads up: The Bbi helos are starting to go down in price, noticed this trend the past 4 weeks, two price changes in that timeframe. Looks like they're finally realizing that these suckers won't sell untill they drop the $$ a bit. Several local stores in my AO have tons of these things literally collecting dust on overstock shelves above the aisles.
