With the way these panther tanks are a rare/sought after item, do you think they will make some more ? what design would you want ?
I'd like an ambush since I missed out.

The Panther does need to to be rereleased. I think it should be released in the basic Kursk yellow. That way you can paint what ever camo you want yourself.

well, there's always a chance..
My guess is FOV will beat them to it though. And also with the jagdpanther.

I voted for Kursk yellow as well, when presented with the chioce it seemed best. My second would be regular camo. I tend to repaint most of my stuff, so I would take a Panther in any paint job really.

It will be re-released this year is my guess. I voted camo because I could see yellow being a bit risky for the shelves, though we would like it.

I think we will see 21C re-release many of their old molds for a few reasons:
1) It appears WM is not interested in XD outside of figures. This is an assumption but neither of their last two AC releases have shown up there (262/262 nightfighter).
2) It is a way to gain sales without the development overhead.
3) It is readily apparent from e-bay prices there is at least a small market out there for their old tank releases.
and 4) They may use this revenue stream to develop new releases; Phantom, Mig-21 and B-25 with a change in dealer structure from WM to small e-tailers and hobby shops. This will be a large shift for them and carries big financial risk.
Just my own two cents! Bring 'em on 21C!

I personally would love to see a re-issue of the ambush scheme, but another variation on the regular scheme would be great. I have the S1 regualr cammo and S3 winter versions already, but would welcome a re-release of this vehicle

I personally would hope for a different scheme, that way the others remain more collectible.

I would like to see it released in a different camo variation. This tank along with the Tiger and PanzerIV should always be available in my opinion.

I was calling for a re-release of the Panther 6 months ago and not one sniff of it since then from tko or anyone. It will never happen...why, because it makes sense. That's why.
Maybe you gave them the idea

Picked up one of the winter cammo ones off ebay this afternoon. The only one I didn't have. Original MSRP was $39 and change wasn't it? Paid $47 (new in box) and $12.50 for shipping. Thought it was a pretty good deal.

Only $8 over original price. I have seen the various paint schemes recently going for well over $100.

Again, I think you just have to be patient and you will probably be able to get one at a good price.

Great catch. Traded away my winter a while ago and of course regret it.

The easier work seems to be, and therefore the easier making money seems to be, the more I'm spreading onto two scales... and God forbid I start collecting 1:18 ARMOR...
...Well, it's too late for that. Pak-40 Hanomag is already in the bag... I think I'm really getting myself in deep...
...Help?
...If they reissue the PANTHER, I'm going to buy one...
...I'm a lost cause.

The 21st ambush Panther is the one I missed out on and that the one I vote for.
I'm with Aferguson and I think FOV will bang one out after they see how well their Sherman and Tiger I sell. I could see them doing a Panther D or A as 21st has the G.
How about a steel-wheeled Panther and Yes a Jagdpanther.

we will see the panther again- sooner than later I hope - because the longer I wait the better chance Ill pick up a 1:32 Panther - and we don't want that......

We have had 3 schemes, thats enough, time to use the chassis for 3 schemes of a Jadgpanther.

I agree with Army group 1,
Jadgpanthers would be nice, but other new tanks would be better
I like the Hun tanks, but the Allies need more different tanks so the Tigers and Panther have something new to feed on
