I ordered one of these from this very same seller and just received it this week.
Of course I thought I was getting the Panzer IV, which I planned on using for a customizing job since I totally missed the new millineum models when they were available. Of course, instead got the stupid hybrid with the Abrams upper shell and the Panzer IV lower body
Check out my post about it here:

These models are super cheap Chinese imports and the seller/importers
really know nothing about the models. They just know that if it has a gun and treads it must be a tank.
I was able to put pictures of the two model in my E-mail to the seller and they said that they understood what I wanted. They have already shipped a replacement so we'll see what I get next week.
Cheers

That hybrid is just so weird.
I haven't bothered to look at the specifications of the two tanks, but it's hard for me to imagine they matched up so well. Meaning, one of them is out of scale.
Speaking of foreign mix ups. Years ago, I bought some cheap military figures from a local flea market as a gag gift. The product name had a typo, "The Worriers" instead of "The Warriors." I wish I'd bought a few more or taken some photos.

Worriers, eh?
Are we ready for battle?!
Gee, I don't know Sarge...
Yeah, what if I get killed?
What if Jimbo gets his pants dirty?
Yeah, and what happens if we win?
What happens to the poor guys we killed?

That’s what happens when you leave a Panzer IV and an M1-Abram on the same self over night alone.
The Panzer IV looks 1/16th and the M1-Abram tank turret looks 1/18th

Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Let me hear your guns!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: My what?
Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Your guns! Ack, ack, ack, ack, ack!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: [fires his airplane's guns] AHHHH!
