Interesting piece... Makes some sense since, I assume, they're using the quad sculpt from the Halftrack for this to save a little. Wonder if it'll fit a figure well? I've had a tough time getting one in the HT.

Odd choice I think... not something I'd consider "armor" either, but definitely neat to me still. I like it, might get two of them if they become relatively easy to find.

I'm much more excited for a King Tiger, 88, and things like that... How about a nice howitzer? Those things are a bit more thrill-getting than AA pieces, but hey the shelf ain't complete without these too I think. Nice piece to accompany a truck too if you can make the hitch work.

Anyone else wondering though, about price? $22 might be pushing it on this one unless it comes with some extras like a figure and ammo/crates like the German AT gun did. Here's to hoping for that. Love the extra figure you get.

Honestly, Im a bit disappointed. I dont see why we need this thing.
Unless it comes in a two pack with a 105 Howler, Im not buying it.

Then again, I could be wrong, I didnt like the PPW at first, but now it is my favorite 1/18 land piece

"Perfect for your U.S. trucks to tow"

?????

Does that mean we'll be getting a CCKW? The Dodges couldn't pull that thing.

Interesting choice! I can't say whether I like or don't like it, but it does indeed give the US trucks something to pull. Still, we need a Howitzer and some of the smaller US tanks

I do like the piece, it's a little unexpected however. But I do believe it will grow on me. Honestly I love 21st's products and will buy whatever they throw at us. Who else keeps us x/d junkies fixed up with all these great toys. :)

Well, it saves me from doing a custom---that I would never get around to doing. So, I welcome it. But, I really had my heart set on seeing a priest

I'm not an armor guy myself, but since there isn't much produced I would think you guys would be happy for anything that came out. Personally I'd like to get this to go along with my halftrack.

Not too thrilled about this upcoming piece but, like everyone else has said, at least we now have something for the trucks to tow.

Well, not what I was hoping for that’s for sure. :? Still, looks like an interesting enough piece. I can't say I would pass it up if I saw one in the store.

Look on the bright side we now have wheels that we can take off of it to make a gray hound. :D

come one guy, Look at it like this 21st is making the B-25, f-4, mig-21, king tiger, and I thing that will but 21st beyond it normal production capacity, If they make any thing more I suspect quality would even take bigger nose dive. So lets cut 21st some slack on this one. :D

I like the looks of it - I'm interested in what they expect me to pay for it? I guess they have us paying $24.99 for jeeps but I wouldnt be shocked if it was going higher.

Very unexpected but we already knew 21st would be making as much money out of already made molds - what else can this weapons platform be used for?

Don't worry a Priest is still on the way and some more Shermans - will probably see them next along with another US halftrack.

They build it - we buy it - the cycle continues.

Since the 1 1/2 ton Dodge is the biggest truck we have, it will have do to tow our M17 trailer with quad. I don't think anything smaller will do. I'm not positive, all my research material is boxed and half here and half in Joisey at my "new" house.....

While I want one, hey I want any ground vehicle, I am a little disapointed in 21C calling this "Armor". Technically it might have armor plate and you can call it "Armor", it was misleading and will lead to sour grapes by those guys waiting for a T34, Priest, Pershing or Chaffee.

21C doesn't do wrong by me, but like I said, I'm easy. 8)

Maybe we will see the 1 1/2 ton dodge again with a new figure? Watch them box it with the new trailer and ask $39.99.

Pickel...

Kirk and The Duke didn't use a qual .50 in "The War Wagon", only a gatling gun if I remember correctly but you can see, not a quad, but a twin .50 in the quad mount in one of the "Tremors" films with Gunner (who else) with the mount sitting in the bed of a duece & a half.

BTF, quad .50 in the bed of duece & a half's were the first gun trucks in VN. THEY did some serious chopping... Do I hear some customs in the works???

I'll get one in the hopes of something to tow it. Does the trailer look like it came from 21c's rendition of the Dodge WC63 1 1/2 Ton Weapons Carrier?

That is exactly what I was thinking when I first read this. Just because it's olive drab and has wheels and guns doesn't make it armor.
