I disagree here, combat history is somewhat a plus, but looks mean a whole lot more for a model.

That's why there are shows like Dogfights, and no shows like, Flying Around and Looking Pretty.

I finally pulled my camo 104 out of the box and put it together. It is growing on me. I think that the tiger stripe is going to be a must have . Come on Wally let's have it.

The F-104 was first developed in March of 1954. Whereas the YF-16 was developed in 1974! That's a 20 year gap.... truly a new generation of aircraft. To critique the characteristics of the F-104 to the F-16 is comparable to pitting a Spad S. VII against a NA-73X (P-51). Let us put this in perspective...

well i still think the F-104 is one of the best 21st releases so far
and the way it sells i think a lot of people agree with me

also from Florida to Canada on the east coast of US if you hear lots of jet noise from March to November, look up you may see history in the making.

Guys, lets not get into comparing apples and oranges. Trying to compare the F-16 and the F-104 is just silly. You are talking two totally different aircraft designed years apart. They are both awesome aircraft in their own way.

The 21st cheerleader squad will surely get me for this one but I have to put the B-25 on the "who cares" list. Too big and too expensive, with other large sized aircraft coming out this year I'd rather have seen the effort put into armor.

I'm proudly a fanatic for my jet, but I say anything that gets produced is okay in my book. Wait until they build that A-10 then I'll really be clamoring for an F-15C, D, or E.

What with all these new and BIG surprises in aircraft being announced, something new and BIG should also be appearing fo the armor division besides the King Tiger. I won't count the 88 since it doesn't have any tracks.

Yes! That is exactly what I am thinking right now.

I never liked the razorback P-47s either. Ugly things. Never was fond of the early model Mustangs either. They just didn't have the sleek "sports car" look like the bubble canopy models.

Alright...ONLY if it is from the USS Hornet strike of 18Apr42; ONLY that one(one of sixteen, that is)...

BUT.....there has to be a Bf-110 or Ju-88 or He-111 SOMEWHERE in the future(the nearer the better)

Ok here it is, I like most aircraft and would support any ones favorite military A/C even the F-5…All you World War II guys and all of you modern airpowers guys, I am in your boat, I love all military aircraft, including WWI birds.

So lets all get along, I want the A-10 and C-47 as much as the next guy and I hope both are made I just hope to see the A-10 made before the C-47.
