I hope they happen. It'd be something fresh since it's from a new company.

Im with Stug we also need Russians, as well as British troops.
Well time will tell.......hell, I'm still waiting for a King Tiger in this scale........... :P

WWII Russians or modern?

I was playing to old Axis & Allies computer game today and like that for each of the major powers, their infantry piece roughly matched the color of the uniform.

I'd like a WWII Russian sniper (female) and then some other regular WWII Russian infantry.

I also would like WWII British figures, for multiple theaters, including the homefront.

I picked up one of the Grenadiers. I have a buddy who's in the 82nd, who is a Grenadier; so, I was compelled.

Let's see what all the fuss is about!

Hello guys,

We've been in talks with Tieka for the past month or so and just uploaded our samples from them. We WILL be getting these figures in stock - hopefully soon.

We think these figures are great and have terrific articulation (especially wrist, ankle & legs! Please have a look: http://store.foxholetoys.com/miscellaneous.html

Cheers,
Matt

They look great from the neck down, the heads need to be swapped out, but other than that they look pretty good.
I did not see a price. Anyone have a price for these yet. The ebay price is too high.

Here are some pics of mine, included are comparisons to Joe, Bravo and BBi

Love these little buggers, only wish the shoulder/elbow joints could bend a little further. I also couldnt get them to kneel properly, not quite sure why.

The neck joints are different in size compared to Joe. The Tieka heads are smaller but their neck pins are bigger, very tight fit to put on Joe heads. Tieka heads on Joe neck will flop around.

Just a heads up that Corey at Smalljoes has these up for pre-order:

http://smalljoes.com/cgi-bin/pgen.cgi?S ... 1&Start=24

They're $49.99 for a set of them which is pretty decent, and $7.99 a piece for individuals. This is the first I've seen of a firm price on what they're asking too, and the figures seem outstanding so I'd put a pre-order in and have at it.

I'm hopeful future figures will not sport the sunglasses, or at least they'll be removable. These are some of the coolest modern figures I think I've ever seen.

Can anyone say whether the gear's oversized or not? I'm not a modern weapons expert by any means, and I'm just curious on that stuff.

well the vest looks a bit big, and the weapons too, but looks great overall

Tieka now has a US distributor so Pre-Orders are available for a scheduled July, 2010 delivery!

Hopefully this will be the first in many different series to come from this rising company!!! (:

Cheers mates!

I see these are due any day now and that there is a mystery 8th figure (exciting just that there might be some variation). Can there be a chase figure with no brick and mortar? Or it just the 8th fig in the case and hasn't been revealed yet? Any ideas?
