Went looking for a little bird - found them but didnt buy one -

what I did buy was the new Daisy June #82 Corsair.

It is my favorite of all three. I have passed on the others and I passed on the new 21st one too.
$39.99 came out to $44 with tax. Now there is still one checkerboard and tons of old crow all at $44.99 - figure that out? Was that the regular price across the country? Has BBI lowered the price?

Do the corsairs take apart easy? I really want to look at it out of the box but we are moving in three weeks...and I dont want it damaged...

MY XD funds are now broke

With after christmas clearance I have tripled my collection..

I think TRU has no clue for consistency for their airplane pricing. I bought my Marine's Dream for $39.99 at the TRU in Kalamazoo, and that is "regular price"--the checkerboard version was the same. At the South Bend TRU, the Corsairs were $49.99 for a while. and then $44.99, which is where I think they are now. Mustangs have always been $39.99 at both stores. The Kiowa was $29.99 in Kalamazoo, and $19.99 in South Bend.
I do hope the Daisy Jane makes it up this way soon--I saw it at the ihobbyexpo in Chicago and she will look might nice next to the Marine's Dream in my office!

Hi MM, if you look right above your post you will see bbi just released something new - the Delta Insertion Bird.
Also if you read right after the question you posted in the Direct From the Source Thread, you will see that Mike responded to you so I guess that is a yes, we have heard from Mike, period.

The Daisy June corsair rang up $39.99 at the Mishawaka ToysRUs when I picked it up the other day. A friend of mine picked it up at the Merriville store for the same price yesterday.

So I'm assuming the Daisey June F4U's are out now? If thats the case I might pick one up because the paint scheme is pretty cool.

They had four of them - and four of the LBs

So far trying to find info on the plane -

was from the 1st marine Squad to fly off a carrier VMF-511 Block Island -
This plane may have been a part of a night mission plane.
Still trying to find the pilots name.

Picked up the new DJ Corsair tonite, no Little Birds though. Rang up at 39.99 even though the tag on the shelf said 44.99. I think the paint blemishes are intentional as all of them I saw are blemished exactly in the same way. My favorite of the BBi Corsairs by far. Can't wait for the new Mustang.

I found four of the "Night Stalker" AH-6 helos at the TRU in Fresno, Ca. It is a VERY nice helicopter for $20! The detail is great and all the seats and extra accessories make this a real bargain. The fuselage mould seems to have been retooled, as one can see in the above photos. I picked up a couple of the "Night Stalker" pilot figures to give it a proper crew and added four of my cusomized special ops figures to the benches. Only thinner fast ropes are needed. All said, the new AH-6 looks great all decked out!

found these at several TRU's in my AO yesterday and picked up 4. At $19.99 each, BBi's helos are a steal. If I were you, I wouldn't pass, pick 'em up while you can as they tend to dry up fast, then you'll regret it at a later date when you're really wanting it, and are forced to pay more.

BadCat has a pre-preorder mention of the Hellcat on their web site. Sounds like it's expected out this summer.

Two very different things - Axis & Allies.

Also Moth, if you get the skn # for the Corsair they can order you one to the Times Square TRU. They stopped doing this service with Action Figures thanks to SW collectors but will do for vehicles and larger items.

Can I order the MH-6 LB, and to another TRU?

If so, does anyone have the SKU for it?
