New Toys Milennium Panzer IV
No tackiness what so ever. This is in my opinion the best spray out there. Model Master Spray is all I use. Don't forget to spray Testors Dullcote on it after you're all done. This seals the chalks and other weathering while also taking any shine off the model. FYI, I disassembled, gutted the tank and filled any unwanted holes then prepared the tank for painting. I removed all the exterior tools and MG before spraying. If anyone has questions, just ask. Bill

The tackiness is from enamel (oil based) paints reacting with polyvynl plastics (21st doesn't use much that isn't polyvynl on figures). Only waterbased acrylics work on the figure pieces then. On the tank(s) though I don't think any piece is polyvynl, I think it's all molded in ABS though so it shouldn't have any problems.
I love the new Panzer even without a repaint... Fantastic tank. Wish I had $$$ for a 2nd but I've gotta make cuts somewhere, haha.
