Is 21st done at walmart?

On my way to Richmond, Indiana on Friday, I was able to stop at a few WMs. I only found two 21st C XD figs in the 3 WMs I stopped at.
The figs cost 3.00 each and one was a fig I had not gotten before.

It is so strange how WM does their distribution normally, it is hard to get data from each person in their operational areas and compare it.
Each store seems to be doing it's own thing: some are restocking at regular price, some have a few figs left at clearance price and most have NOTHING in stock at all...

Oh well, only time will tell...

i stopped a 4 WM's today. i found 1 with about 10 xd dak figs regular price and another with 2 playsets at regular price. dont know whats going on. i talked with a toy manager and he said that none of the sku's come up at all in his system. so reorder isnt possible at this time
