I got my quad trailer, and my truck yesterday and got to open them late last night. Both, very cool. The quad trailer is a bit cooler than I thought. These were used for anti-infantry, no? especially at the battle of the bulge... I'd dig maybe trying to make an emplacement with one set up in it.
I would love to get a figure to sit in it, so I'm going to work on that. Mine needs a little tweaking to work properly (the turret's a little misaligned), but it's really nice and I'm glad I got it shipped for less than I'd have paid at TRU.
The truck is awesome. Simply a nice, detailed piece. Can't wait to load it up with some gear or troops... Maybe some Paras will hitch a ride on D-Day or something.

This goes back to what I was saying earlier.Grilledcheese wrote:The Monkey has cases (4 planes) of Petie 2nd's for sixty bucks.
I guess they've got a bunch of 'em, yes?

They are shipping product in the original 21st Century boxes that ship from China to the US. So, makes sense to discount the 4 planes as they are already boxed up and ready to ship out. Rather than taking them out out of the box and reboxing them for individual purchase.
I don’t know what the rest of you have been experiencing but a lot of my Monkey Depot purchases have been arriving in less than desirable condition. My Avenger had the plastic window pushed in and it was completely filled with peanuts. My gun carriage had the rear axle completely destroyed on it. I’m in the process of putting it back together since they no longer stock it. In general the boxes I have gotten were good looking on the outside but all garbled up on the inside. Has anyone else had any issues with this? One of my 88’s had a box that was completely destroyed.

* MD ? ? ?
* Hey Kevin ; ..... Yeah , my FT-19 Avenger was filled to the brim w/ peanuts too. "I hate that". ... but fortunately , there didn't appear to be anything broken or missing on it. However , when emptying all the peanuts , I discovered an X-tra loose , broken part , that apparently was part of the brakes , like a little flap that's part of one of the wings ,.. but these were already intact.
........ on another incident , my WC-51 was broke on the front axle , MD gave me a $12.00 refund on it + it was an easy fix.
........ and the little camo 38t I ordered had the bow MG tip broke off , called MD about it & they replaced it w/ another (same tank) for FREE ! ! !
........ other than these two incidences , I've had no real problems. MD's customer service is excellent IMHO. @ least they were kind to me anyway.

My flight 19 window was caved in a also filled with peanuts.But I do not keep the boxes and nothing was broken so for the price I am not unhappy. My 88 was in perfect shape box too.
Maybe some of these items were shelf warmers. Had some box condition problems that they could not send out to retailers and they sat at the warehouse till MD blew them out for 21st.

Could not think of anything to put here.

Were the items packed in original 21st Century shipping boxes or packed by MD?

All of the items I have ordered from MD have arrived in intact condition except for one WC-51 truck which had a broken wheel. I contacted MD for a replacement wheel, however they replied that they did not have a replacement so they refunded me the cost of the truck and I still kept the truck. I have since fixed the wheel. MD's customer service is A1 in my books.
