Well, I started 'playing' with my new 173rd NAM Infantry guys and they are nice....granted I'm still worried about the paint job on the figures because it seems to come of in some areas....but the accessories, the articulation and the custom possibilities are great. Additionally, the helmets and overall Vietnam look is pretty cool!!

TRU had a number of the new figures. I'm not really into the Vietnam era but when I saw the new figures on the peg I had to check them out. I really, really like the pre-posed legs and arms, especially the arm holding a pistol. The equipment looks great.

What stopped me cold from picking up a few was the god awful skin coloration. It is a flat peach color that looks horrible. After the nuclear suntan Germans and D-Day figures I thought they would improve the coloration but no soap.
