Calling all GERMAN armor 1/18 scale collectors
well..
Went with the Recon cars as well but agree with those that say a Stug should be on the list as well as a Pzr. III. I never understood why cumbersome and rare German Guns were so popular..

OK guys I blew it . I thought the stug would be in the jadgpanzer heading . To me it is with the Mk IV. The next step up for the Stug III is the Jadg Mk IV so I think that they should be combined. After all they are together in some of the books I have. So count the Jadgpanzer for the Stug III heading. Or is this sacrilige? I throw my fate in you guys hands.

the
Enemy Ace are you kidding me. The A7V is the Big Kahuna of all panzers. Get real if the Germans did not have them there would not be any tank warfare. The Britsh MkIV would just be going up and down the trenches with no one to play with. Just mulling around shooting those poor Jerrys. That is unfare so that is the rrason they only made 20 of them. And of course they got a few MkIV's and used them against there old masters. Were am I going with this I don't really know. But the A7V should be on everybodies' want list.EnemyAce wrote:The Hetzer is really a jagdpanzer. The real name for the Hetzer is "Jagdpanzer 38."![]()
Why did you include the A7V of all things and then not even vote for it yourself? As though that would be cool to play with with our WW2 figures.

OK, no one seems to be leaning towards the Leopold or Dora suggestion, or even one the massive self-propelled mortars. So I guess I will have to throw in a pitch for what I actually voted for: gimme a Jagdpanther! Something about that long, sloped chassis and that massive gun barrel. Lines like a 62 Ferrari GTO... ok. Maybe not. But since I already have a couple 1/18 62 GTO's on the shelf, it's time for a Jagdpanther.
And for any 1/18 car collectors out there, parking a Corvette ZR-1 or 70 Mustang next to a Tiger or M1A1 does put things in perspective, doesn't it?

Could be both, you know like a spring switch that blows all the parts every where.pickelhaube wrote:Would that be a blown up version or one being used for fire wood. The winter war was a little harsh.VMF115 wrote:How about a german wwII horse carriage.
