I just hold up the joint and demand any and all XD that I want be given to me so no one gets hurt. I then calmly pay for the desired items and walk back out

i am the overnight toystocker at a supercenter here.
the last xd stuff we got was probably before halloween, it was a case of the market garden/imperial marines and it set there barely selling even through christmas.
the shelf was still stuffed with them really then one day i came in and most of them were gone? dont know what happened to them didnt care was glad they were gone.
then my store did its reset and i was happy to see there was still a place for them.
so maybe a week and a half ago i come in one night and see a case of xd figures and im like YES YES YES!!!!!!! and i go over to the shelf to stock them and i open it and its a case of the MARKET GARDEN/IMPERIAL JAPANESE MARINES!!!!!!!!!!grrrrrr i was so PI***D OFF!

wal mart sucks at toys, all toys why doesnt 21c just make there own site to sell.

Kind of makes you wonder what is sitting somewhere in a WM warehouse/distribution center. Cases and cases of Spitfires? Winter Stukas? Ambush camo Panthers? S1 figures?

I was shocked when I saw all the Mutts and standard Hanomags show up in my local WM just before Christmas. Was it a fresh production run? Or just a warehouse find?

I feel your pain. The only WM in all of Houston that I found the new D-Day and Dak restocked them once with more of the new stuff. They didn't stick around long and then yesterday when I went back, the bare peg had been refilled with OMG guys. Arrrrrrrrrrgh! :x So much for progress.

what is funny - is the one WM in my area with the New Dday figures never received OMG or japanese marines - they went from sahara figures and BoB jeep drivers to the BoB II - since then they have been bare for some time -

Its not the WM distribution systems. According to the 9 WMs in my area each of which has nada/zip in 21C let alone XD. It's the individual buyers for the stores.(right) :P :P. WM&21C outstanding pair.

No matter who you ask its always someone elses fault. The managers or distribution or the buyers or 21st or the janitor, etc. etc.

Hey newwavepop, I am down here in Norman. The same situation in the fact that we only have the Marines and Imperial Marines on the shelves. Heck, there are not even any vehicles anymore. We used to (before Halloween, 2006) get all of the new stuff, if not first in the country since there is the distribion center about an hour south of us. Anyway, it is nice to have many members from the OK/DFW local.

My Walmart finally restocked after about 7 weeks of nothing....and what did they put out. Battle of the Bulge figs.....no D-Day ones yet at all.

The worst part is that whenever they release the next series of figures we will all be complaining about how the pegs are overflowing with those damn D-Day figures!!

That would be OK with me since my local WM's don't seem to be restocking any of the D-Day figs. :D
