With JSI set to potentially do more Me109's not sure why this one went for so much.

I'd say there will always be the collectibility factor in that 21st is gone now. Even if JSI had the G molds and redid this exact scheme there would still likely be collectors that would pay good money for an original 21st version. The everyday guy that just likes 1/18 planes likely not but a hardcore collector most likely would.

I would buy a Gunther Rall if they re-issued it.
I would prefer an old one with the TKO211 artwork on the box, but really I'd take one any way I could get it.
