Yes, there is alot of potential to repaint and/or customize the IJ vehicles. These are a few I have done.
I got enough IJ Troop Cars to do 2 Raiders deco ones with Marauder Inc. MG-34's mounted in the rear, and then enough to do a number of different front's repainted and adding details like doors and wahtnot myself (as well as the cargo truck).
I think I still have two extra IJ Troop cars around incase someone is in need... I wound up buying so much that I overlapped what I needed after a bit and got too much.
