Well, they didn't say how lucky I was to get the last one, so I suppose they have more-

I want to do a custom.

I really like my Admiral's 262. I picked up the white 8, about a month ago. It seems like a more solid model than most of the BBI and 21st planes I 've purchased.

I think the detail on the 21c 262 is better, however, my living room usually sports me Admiral White 8 and CL-13 ... easily two of my favorite 1:18 items (also a big fan of the PAK 40).

I'd have to get my yellow 7 out for comparison, but I'm including a link to three of my 262s out in my lawn. :)

Out of the planes out right now, higher to lower quality of physical detailing:

Avenger (21c)
Me-109 (BBI)
MiG-15 (21c)
P-51 <Undertaker> (21c)
CL-13 (Admiral)
Me-262 (Admiral)
Stuka (21c)

I had my night fighter out about a week ago, but not fully assembled ... assuming that Yellow 7 is similar, I suspect the 21c is more detailed.

However, I really like the Admiral 262s and recommend getting the White 7. Of the three, I know that White 8 has red/green -- port/starboard jewels on the wings, while one of the other two 262s had plain white ones (it may have been White 7 and Yellow 8).

Oh, there are a ton of moving parts on the Admiral 262 wings. Plus the radio line is running between the cockpit and tail.

MilitaryIssue's price (White 7) including shipping was below $40 for me. I ordered tonight hoping to grab a second for my brother's airforce. I grabbed mine when they first came out.
