You haven't discovered the wheel, 99% of us have gotten lousy stuff from 21st but the difference is we don't dwell on it and declare war on the world, chill out. Bottom line my Seeman 109 is a good one, others posted their's was ok too, cyber-fence them for awhile, I'm bored with it.
Litsen, it's really cool your Seemann was a perfect copy of the original. Mine wasn't. That's all I wrote on this thread, before you came up with your childish nonsense.

You apparently take it as something personal.

YOU derailed this thread.

I complain about 21st QC issues because I'm entitled to it. Period. Too bad if you don't like it. You don't even have to read my posts, let alone agree with them.

Definition of insanity:

Doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

KOF, do you really expect to be pleased when you buy 1/18? I don't expect you to.

KOF, whilst gifted with a sharp and biting wit; are you between the ages of 13 - 17 years old??? So are we really all ganging up on you and your kingdom or are you just a little paranoid? Oh yeah, my Seeman looks pretty good, too- I'm sorry yours doesn't...really... sincerely.

KOF, I don't want to jump on the bandwagon, but if you want a hand built museum piece, go elsewhere. Remember, these aren't just toys already molded in colour, these are painted /weathered models. Not to mention mass produced models. I don't think the factories in china would allow a worker to spend a week painting each individual plane. Thats how they make these things affordable - by shunting them out the door.......You can always paint these birds yourself. *still don't know why they don't sell these in kit form?*

Im always a bit disappointed when I get a piece that is jacked up, but for the most part, the flaws can be overlooked because these toys are great!!

* There's no sense in beating up KOF , he's one of us , you know. So let him complain if he wants. It doesn't hurt me a bit.

........ as a matter of fact , "I kinda' like his point of view". It's quite entertaining to listen to him rant about "poor quality" & "Qc issues" , some of us just don't have the guts to say.

kof your inability to reason is like a tire gone flat. <a href="http://s418.photobucket.com/albums/pp26 ... nghead.gif" target="_blank"><img src="http://i418.photobucket.com/albums/pp26 ... nghead.gif" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Believe me I take nothing you say personal, I doubt you can say the same thing.

Once again you change what was said, never said mine was "perfect", you did. Made it quite clear it has errors that I can live with, no need to declare war on the world.

Never "derailed" the thread, kept it in context. I think your definition of derailing a thread is someone who doesn't agree with you.

Yes you have the right to complain, yes I have the right to tell you I'm sick of it and I'm not the only one. You don't just complain, you rant, bash, and thrash! Childish is hoping 21st "gets their asses sued off". Get a grip dude, they are toys, nothing more.

You are always on the lookout for a pissin' match, as mike said, how old are you really?

But go ahead kof, giv'er hell buddy. <a href="http://s418.photobucket.com/albums/pp26 ... ttrock.gif" target="_blank"><img src="http://i418.photobucket.com/albums/pp26 ... ttrock.gif" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Nah don't think guys don't have the guts to say, the vast majority of the regular members here myself included have voiced QC issues over the years. Difference is we don't go overboard with it and want to basically bomb the company.

Oh c'mon, you highness, come back... we do like to hear you rant- I might have done that once or twice myself. I find this highly entertaining- If we do not acknowledge the seriousness of you rant, forgive us and do not feel unfairly belittled by your brothers here, just accept that a strong absolute opinion will elicit all kinds of smart and smartass remarks. Thanks king ol buddy, enjoyed it.

i mean a little paint flaw here and there is a bit frustrating - but honestly I see the same type of flaws on starwars and gijoe toys - we just pay a lot less for those most of the time - luckly most of my XD toys/models have been pretty good so no complaints here - other than the figures with their eyes rolled back -
we also have to remember our XD are painted by children in chinese factories :? i can't expect my 5 year old to get my laundry right every time -

but honestly KOF - I think someone has put an XD curse on you - because you have all the bad luck with quality control issues -

* Well for one thing , KOF pays a premium for these , considering where he lives , so I can see his point.

"if it's sooo bad then quit buying it" is hardly a set of cross hairs between the eyes Mitch.

I occasionally find his rantings entertaining too, but geez thread after thread of the same ole thing after awhile gets a little old, just saying what more than will admit are thinking. Disagree with the king and stand by:

If you don't like my comments, I suggest you "grownups" out there, scroll past them instead of throwing ad-hominems my way and telling me I'm the one who's throwing a childish tantrum. Because as much as it pisses you off, I'm going to vent and rant to my heart's content whenever I get stuck with a lousy paint job.

If you don't like it, maybe you should take a hike.

In this thread alone, I've been called paranoid, insane, unable to reason, on the lookout for a pissin' match.

Sure, it ain't personal.

Why try to rebut people's arguments, when you can call them names?

And, yes, turning this thread into a "love fest" is precisely the meaning of derailing a thread (unless we're still discussing the merits of the Seemann plane).

Rant on, boys, I'm going nowhere!!

.....and another thing...WHO THE HELL MADE THIS COFFEE!! *smashing cup onto floor*......so after all this, what were we suppossed to be talking about?! A sailer or seeman or something (I'm real tempted to turn this conversation towards the gutter with seeman references)
