Mandalore, I wholheartedly agree with you, but if it seems blatantly obvious that 21c should re-release something popular like the Fallschirmjager, PzIV or Panther, then that is just a sure fire thing that it won't happen.
I just thought those two-backs would be a good choise for new Paratroopers. They still have the molds for them and from the articulation- and sculpting point of view they seem to be pretty up to date. They should just produce them and give them a new paint job with a great new camo pattern. I think they would fly of the shelves.
And again - it is spelled WeHrmacht, guys...

What I'd like to see is a basic torso... No ammo pouches. Just the webbing. Then 21st makes a belt with the right ammo on it. MP-40 or 44 pouches, M1 pouches, BAR pouches...

Then likewise, we get a separate sachel sculpted for Tommy clips, like the backpack there on the sling.

I'd like to see the German's gear kind of made so it all comes off too, especially the gas mask cannister. Every German I have, has a gas mask cannister strap running across his body it seems, yet I don't really want them all to have all their field gear on, ya know? It'd be nice to have removable gear that doesn't leave a "molded on" strap like that.

Also some head variation would be nice with these... It's an added cost, but given the costs being made up with all the re-used parts, it would be nice to see (ala BBI) some NEW headsculpting going on. Some maybe extra young looking faces for the Germans, some random age guys for the US. Maybe even try for some distinguishing features like one guy with a noticeably larger nose, maybe a slightly heavier-set (rounder) faced guy? I'd dig that.

Repainting the heads is cool too, don't get me wrong, and swapping them around to other bodies is a great idea as well, but it can only go so far I think.

Now Hasbro, make us some Head Sculpt & Endor Uniform variations! The new Rebel Fleet Trooper gets the JJ Seal of Approval Though!

I want 21C to crank out a set of WW2 weapons, ammo bags and any other additional equipment on a carded pack.
I loved that about the BBI WW2 figs because you always had leftovers.
I mean how hard would it be for them to do that.

I love my 1:18 scale figs, i like the dual packages, hopefully they'll make it to an online retailer due to lack of availability here is Australia.

I want Russinas and British figs next.

Ammo sets are a GREAT idea, but accessory sets in general seem to do so-so at retail... I think that, through an etailer like BadCat or whoever, the idea is more sound...

I'd love a set that included bandoleirs of ammo for M1's, bandoleirs of ammo belts for MG-42,34, etc., ammo cans with handles so you can have troops running ammo to MGer's, German backpacks (hello!?), etc.

I'd also dig seeing someone do a modular sandbag system. Something simple where the sandbags fit together snugly and "stack" well. Little more realistic than hand-sewn, more to-scale...

21st would do well to take a look at small emplacements too like they did for their 1:32 figures. That little mortar pit they have for the Germans, the little forward post they have for the US, these are neat and cheap/inexpensive things they could put out I think. Glorified stands really. Same with rock/brick wall pieces... They did one with one playset they made, and I'd appreciate just small wall chunks like that over the full sized playsets we've seen. A fallen tree/log "stand" for BotB figures would be neat, etc.

Now you're talkin!
Instead of including an extra set of 'non-articulated' arms, use the extra plastic for what JJ just said!!

Speaking of repainted figures and value, how about some reissued Fallschimjagers!

The Dual packs shown so far are just the start. These were put together to generate inital excitement, test market, and to open up the minds of toy buyers. I know for an absolute fact that in the following waves there will be some new subjects that will only be featured as dual packs! I can't give anything away just yet but one of the packs in particular has me REALLY excited.

It's going to be a fun line, some packs will be army builder packs others will break all new ground.
