"Hi Guys,
well I have to say I am impressed with a lot of the guessing I saw and some of it quite close to the mark.
Next time I do this I'll make the clues harder!
I was going to give you all one more clue but I had to fly back to Oz from Hong Kong so I ran out of time.

I will say this though...Australia is 2 hours ahead of Hong Kong and Hong Kong is 12 hours ahead of the US East Coast and 15 hours ahead of the US West Coast...so those of you telling me that it was Friday here yesterday really got it wrong.

So now to put you all out of your misery and explain my clues...

"It's sad"...another term for sad is "Blue" and this thing is certainly blue....I really thought a lot of you would have picked that one straight away.

"It flies"....that's because it's an aircraft...sorry about that to you armor guys out there.

"Gillette has one a few years back"...was indeed the Mach 3 and it had 3 blades...just like the propeller on this thing ( well done Sabrefan)

I thank AFerg for his help with this little game and will send him the images of the "prototype" so you will all see what it is as soon as he can get it posted.

So I'm sure you'll have lots of questions about it and the "sting in the tail" on this one is that it comes with good news and bad news...I just got home after a month away in NYC and Hong Kong so I'll look in later and answer any questions that you have on it.

Enjoy and thanks for the fun!

Mike"

Images to follow shortly.

Thats true, but Mike really seemed to stress that the plane was blue. That got me thinking overall blue paint, and that got me thinking Hellcat.
But I sure would like to see an SBD Dauntless as well.

If the wings fold then it's not a Dauntless.

What's your guess BoeingBandit?
