No problem.
I don't want to take this thread off topic anymore, but thinking about how far along the F-15E prototype looks has me wondering how soon we might see its release if the F-14 does well. From the pictures, the F-15E looks farther along in the process for production and release than the F-14 does. I'm sure their proposed release schedule may change if the F-14 is a big success...
However, I'm sure they will be releasing some of the older subject molds they have from 21st in between their original releases as well.

Birddog:
I've heard various things from various members from the 111th Fighter Wing about that situation regarding the A-10's being moved. I know the PA Air National Guard, our state governor and the unit itself is really giving the Air Force and BRAC a hard time about the proposed changes. It has something to do with the fact that according to our National Guard missions in PA, the 111th must have "a flying mission". If they lose the planes, they do not have one. It has also already been stated that the 111th will remain an active unit. So who knows what is going to happen with this. The 111th is getting the message out, they've had at least one A-10 at several airshows here in the Northeast and the pilots aren't afraid to tell anyone what is happening. Here is hoping someone with a brain in the Air Force realizes how stupid this is and has them stick around or some kind of arrangement is worked out. It might be wishful thinking, but here is hoping.
Birddog, speaking of PA A-10's, do you know anyone who has the Franklin Mint 1/48 A-10 in the PA ANG scheme they'd want to sell me. I've been looking all over for this one but have yet to find it. You seem to be a real A-10 guy, so thought maybe you'd know.

I've been catching the buzz that's going on with the 111th's situation for a little over a year now and I do hope they beat the system and keep their A-10s. It's good to hear they're being backed very deeply by higher positions. I always enjoy catching sight of them in their landing pattern when I'm in the Philadelphia area on business. Our office is in not to far from Willow Grove. I've been meaning to take a drive over there and see if I can catch them in the act one day. Hopefully my time won't expire.
I don't know of anyone that has the PA ANG A-10 from Franklin Mint but I will keep my eyes open for one for you...

I agree with some of the above posts regarding the running off of company representatives.
I know sometimes we get impatient but we must be realistic with the level of detail for a price point.
We have gotten good value so far from 21st, Bbi, and Admiral. So we need to appreciate that and be thankful for what we have and hopeful for the continuation of our hobby.
Perhaps those of you that are sticklers for every detail can get with customizers like pickelhaub to get what you want on a mass produced model.
I hope the F-14 does well too, so we will see more planes down the road, and thank you JSI for doing some modern jets!
