The FOV WWII figures are indeed quite nice and, as with the above members, I like the Germans the best. They could use a little more articulation in the legs to make a better kneeling position. One thing the new figures do well is sit properly. That aspect of the FOV WWII figures makes them quite usable in various ways. Nevertheless, the figures from both companies display nicely together

I hit Target today on the hunt for Star Wars figures and FOV armor. As I was looking at the SW stuff, some employee comes with a box and loads up a peg wih figures. As soon as he leaves I rush over and see 1:18 Germans! I didn't even know about these figures!! There were 6 Americans and 6 Germans, I got them all and cleaned out both pegs. Are there more than 12 or do I have the whole set?
It was funn trying to balance 12 figure packs all the way to the front of the store.

Yes they do. They are much closer in detail and realism to BBI. The head sculpts are especially nice. Plus it's nice to have some MP-40's for a change!tmanthegreat wrote:There are six figures in each set. I will agree that the Germans are very nice. They compliment the BBI WWII figures far better than the 21c ones

* I like these guys alot too , especially for the fact that they all have different (head-sculpts) faces.

well found the mother load - and from what I see is there are two head sculpts for each figure - so there is basically 12 germans and 12 americans but two different heads have the same name? Or am I just getting ahead of myself - but I swear I counted right -
I was able to pick up 4 more figures - there is an american SSG. Roy gardner that looks just like Harry Connick Jr. and would perfect if anyone wanted to make the memphis Bell figure/
