They have those in Covington. No Russkies yet. I got mine from a board member and paid a fair price. I bought it before the 6 month probation. Sorry Aferguson. In about a month or so I can go hog wild.

Found 3 "Huff" F-86s for the full price at a Fresno Wal Mart.

They're much cheaper than online or at Hobbytown, but do I really need another F-86, even with the great noseart?

crazy - the Huff is the only one I have yet to put my hands on - thanks to the ton-O-Migs clogging up the WM aisles.

We have two collecting dust at my local WM. They had 2 a couple months ago, which I bought and sent to a couple fellow board members, then a week after I got them, 2 more showed up. If someone wants one, let me know, but they are still at full price, though.

Well, I picked up a Huff a little later today. I like it, I like it alot 8) It is easily the best of the two 21c F-86 schemes thus far! Now for the "Mig Mad Mavis" scheme

since I have two I removed the guns and painted the gun lockers and the steel armor plateing plating where the bullets exit the aircraft. looks much better and only took me 7 hours to do........I had a hard time getting the right shade for steel....I had t othin it out and some glose black and a little water but it turned out just supper, as for the dragon I masked it off with tape and the cut with a hobby knife. looks good

Thanks for letting me know I wasn't crazy when I saw the new F-104s last week. They're gone now, replaced by Huff F-86s. I've yet to see a PH P-40 in my area. It seems there's only one WM in my area that's getting in the new 1:18 stuff at the moment...

During lunch today I came upon two boxes of unopened 1/18 planes (4) in a local walmart; immediately I opened them only to find more ph p-40s.

Well - hit a WM tonight that I usually hit once a month and they still have two old FW190s in olde beat up boxes but they also have 4 taylor and welch p-40s - two of each plane. It was exciting to see the new planes but at the same time frustrating because this is one store that never had the MIGS and I was hoping to find the HUFF one day.
Now that the p-40s are at WM in Bulk I will wait for the clearance god's to place their fingers upon these boxes and smile (like in the WM TV ads)

Today I found several items at the East Peoria IL. WM.

There was both of the new Pearl Harbor P-40's, Camo Migs, Huff F-86's,

S1 F-104's, and a new Orange camo F-104 with Canadien markings.

It's been a long time since they had something new.

Kevin.

kevrut, the Canadian F-104 is the Tiger Meet version that's been out for a while (at least with etailers), right? Or is it something we haven't seen before?
