They are not out yet so either ebay or someone who was at CC sent one. You will need to wait at least a few months for this version as I understand.
Yeah, Digger is correct it's going to be a few months before the German F-104 is ready for general release. Same with the Gunther Rall Bf-109G 6. Both were part of an early release program, in fact 21st had a limited supply sent air from china 2 days before the show. I am not sure if others are ready in china just waiting to ship of what. All I know is 21st told me just the other day that they sold out almost the entire supply they had at the show, and that general release would happen for a few months. But just hang tight they will come.

No, they did not. They escorted F-105s for a while, but they had a high loss rate to AAA and missles. An F-104 was not very robust. They did keep Mig-21s off of their charges, though.
