1:18 Kettenkrad ?

Post by MG-42 » Mon Aug 13, 2007 11:27 am

How about this ? :

Just the concept of a Me-163 Komet / Kettenkrad combo would be way too awesome for any collector.

..... and the possibility for a 262 combo is really not too late yet , either.

This would just be phantastisch !

Even just the vehicle itself for that matter , so ,.. Come on 21st. ! ... the Kettenkrad in 1:18 , is , long over due.

I have a 1/32 ketten made by Britains Ltd. A 1/18th one would be amazing! They are a very odd but cool looking german vehicle.

The vehicle is a facinating piece. I have four 1/6 Ketts, two or three by 21C (one with trailer) and two of the super 1/6 DID Ketts, in metal, just amazing pieces. I also have three trailers for the DID. One of the 1/6 customizers also had a working metal wrecker kit, I was toying about getting but like a dope I passed on the kit....

A !/18 would look great.

All the tangents in the forgoing posts make this a great topic to watch.....can we say: K e t t e n k r a d with a '163! The prospects of this happening are hopefully very good. All hands on deck assume a fingers-crossed position- carry on smartly, gentlemen.

I remember when i got a 1/6 Kettenkrad. I used to race it around the house (i was little). A 1/18th one would be great but it would be a little bit harder race around.

Also I`m taking germen this year in high school

Its nice but I think the German motorcycle with sidecar would be much more useful and were far more common. I would prefer the motor cycle first.

We'll see which one of these will be introduced first , sometime hopefully , in the "not so distant future" , perhaps.

Both the german motorcycle with sidecar and the kettenkrad are a must have for me  But yes just like what mg42 said we will have to wait and see on which one comes first  Cmon 21st century :P
