I'll believe it when I see it, but the prospect would be very cool. It would give them a certain edge over 21c - making a plane the latter won't.

...and watch, it will sell in droves :D

I'm not a plane guy either, but a Zero I'd easily pick up... A highly recognizeable plane I'd gladly hang next to my limited plane collection.

Zero!

They really seem to be recovering the fumbles from 21st.
If the A6M compares to the P-51D then that would be ----:faint: :)

I hope it is a A6M2/3 so we can get it in Mitzi Grey. ;)
Oh, I don't care, just A6M. 8)

:o I was kinda suprised that Mitsubishi painted the Eclipse in an almost exact color of the Zeros that attacted Pearl. :o

Count me in for a Zero, one of the very few planes that would cause me to open my rusty purse.

bbi has shown they like to spring "surprises" - I wouldn't be surprised if they release a Zero, as well as other item(s) that will come without advance warning.

NOMI MASHU BEEDU!!!!!! (let's drink beer!)

Man, if we can get a Zero AND the Japanese infantry this year, that would be awesome. We all know not to get too excited until I'm actually holding it in our hands, but it is promising.

That's one the bbi guy did say they get requests for but is really too big. Anything's possible but my money is still on an A-10 before you see an F-14.

I would love to see an F-14,...my favorite! Too Big, so make it 1/20th scale! I don't think F-14 fans would care! I love the accurate scales on these modern day fighters, but they won't fit on my USS Flagg!!!!! ARGHHH!

You mean "Biru nomimasho-"..

I believe it 100%! Always knew Bbi would be the ones to step up to the plate, the Mustang in my opinion was merely a WW2 warbird test bed. I'm in for several as I still have a plan for converting one to a Rufe. To answer the question above as to why 21st didn't do it...they claim would be poor seller...lol...but hey how about that CIA Huey! Woohoo.....

Let's hope your little bird is telling the truth---I would hate for it to wind up Southern-fried because he lied about the Zero
Really, this is great news and I do believe that the Mustang was bbi's market test. They got rave reviews and I think they will be willing to go farther out there. I am all for it.

Curious about BBi vs. 21C marketing strategies - has anyone heard if we will be seeing other paint schemes on the BBi P51? That seemed to be one of 21C's biggest gripes on the Zero is the lack of potential paint schemes. I know we have seen how many paint schemes on teh blackhawk, little bird hummer, so when can we expect a different P51?

Digger and I asked the bbi rep on a possible repaint of the P-51 and he wouldn't divulge anything on it. If you ain't a buyer, you ain't nuthin' at the fair.....

yeah, i'm still holding out for a repaint on that p-51. BBI or 21C, the first that comes out with a glamourous glen, will get my money...i'm disappointed that BBI hasn't come out with at least one other repaint. hopefully one without invasion stripes...
