He means the 88. It looks cool and I am excited. I know I will need more than one for sure!

Knowing me since this is my favorite artillery piece ill probably end up with 5 maybe 6 to make it a even number  Wonder if it will come with 2 or 3 figs. Since that was the number of crew it had if you don't count the spotter

What are the spools for and how much $.

Post by lablksmith » Mon Jul 30, 2007 2:45 pm

I am very, very impressed. Am also pretty hyped what with the Pak halftrack, new figures and all and with this to look forward to, just great. Two questions what are the cable spools for and what do you guys think this will go for. I say $40. and even $50. from the on line retailers. Cant wait...

That's one awesome piece - I may be in for two as well :D Now we really need that SDKfz. 7 Primemover to tow it, but I guess one of my SDKfz 251 Halftracks will have to do. This will certainly be a piece to own!

i believe the cable spools are for winching and unwinching the gun to the limbers.

Price, depends on how many figures it comes with. I suspect it will just have one (otherwise why card the artillery spotter?) and price will be $30.

Between people getting this gun to use as both aa and at versions, dark grey, dark yellow and dak repaints, they will sell tons of these, without question.

I will probably end up with six total.

That is one nice looking piece. I have been, so far, an aircraft type of guy, but I really like that 88. I may just have to get myself one.
